The honeymoon suite with a continuous whistling sound from the balcony shutter was disappointing, but the hotel offered exclusive concierge benefits like access to the adult-only infinity pool and a VIP lounge. The service was excellent with very helpful and attentive staff, except for a rude encounter in the reservation department. The location, though beautiful and relaxing, felt somewhat secluded with a smaller beach area than anticipated. The dining experience, while serviceable, lacked variety. Overall, a stay that had both positives and negatives.
I had a phenomenal stay at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous, very spacious with an amazing view, especially the corner ocean view suite. The exclusive concierge level benefits, including access to the adult-only infinity pool on the roof and VIP lounge on the 9th floor, added a luxurious touch. However, there was a continuous whistling sound that persisted due to stormy weather, slightly affecting the peaceful atmosphere.
Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were amazing and offered one of the best sunrises in Mexico right from the honeymoon suite balcony. The exclusive concierge level benefits, including access to the adult-only infinity pool on the roof and a VIP lounge with interesting snacks and a bar on the 9th floor, made the stay even more special. However, the beach area is relatively small for a mega resort, and the dining options, especially in the buffets, could be improved.
The resort offers amazing rooms to roam around with nice, spacious accommodations and good views. However, there was a continuous whistling sound we wrongly attributed to stormy weather.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms are spacious with a breathtaking ocean view, and the location is safe with a modern and clean decor. The service was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free. The dining experience was average, but the facilities were top-notch. A great value for money overall!
