The honeymoon suite with a continuous whistling sound from the balcony shutter was disappointing, but the hotel offered exclusive concierge benefits like access to the adult-only infinity pool and a VIP lounge. The service was excellent with very helpful and attentive staff, except for a rude encounter in the reservation department. The location, though beautiful and relaxing, felt somewhat secluded with a smaller beach area than anticipated. The dining experience, while serviceable, lacked variety. I had a phenomenal stay at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous, very spacious with an amazing view, especially the corner ocean view suite. The exclusive concierge level benefits, including access to the adult-only infinity pool on the roof and VIP lounge on the 9th floor, added a luxurious touch.
